Admora is a service that lets event organisers sell tickets online. It is run by Dwitee Krishna Panda in the United Kingdom. By buying a ticket or using the service you agree to these terms.

For people buying tickets

  • The organiser is the seller. When you buy a ticket you are buying from the organiser of the event. Admora provides the booking page, takes the payment through Stripe on the organiser's behalf and delivers the tickets.
  • The price you see is the price you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling and Admora adds no booking fee for guests.
  • Your tickets. We email your tickets to the address you gave us. Each ticket has a QR code. Keep it to yourself, because anyone who has it can use it. Check the address when you buy.
  • Refunds and changes are decided by the organiser, who makes them in their own Stripe dashboard. Admora does not decide refunds. If you need one, contact the organiser first. A refunded ticket stops working. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
  • Holding tickets. When you start paying we hold your tickets for about 30 minutes. If the payment is not completed, they are released for others.

For organisers

  • You connect your own Stripe account. Payments go to it directly, and Stripe's own fees come out of it. You are responsible for your event, for refunds and disputes, and for any tax that applies to you.
  • Admora charges a platform fee on each order, which is agreed with you before you sell tickets and is taken from the payment.
  • You may use guest details only to run your event and to contact guests about it. You are responsible for looking after that information.
  • You must run the event you advertise and describe it accurately.

The service

We work to keep Admora running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or stop the service, and we may refuse or remove an event that breaks these terms or the law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
