Admora sells and delivers event tickets for event organisers. It is run by Dwitee Krishna Panda in the United Kingdom. This page explains what personal information is collected when you buy a ticket, why, and what happens to it.
Who is responsible for your details. The organiser of the event you buy for decides how your details are used for their event, and is responsible for them. Admora handles them on the organiser's behalf to take your payment, create your tickets and email them to you. For information about the organisers who use Admora, such as their name and email, Admora is responsible.
What we collect
- Your name, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. You enter these when you buy.
- What you bought: the event, ticket types, quantities and the amount paid, and when.
- Your card details are not collected by us. You enter them on Stripe's payment page and only Stripe sees them. We receive confirmation that the payment worked.
Why we use it
To take your payment, create your tickets, email them to you, and let the organiser see who is coming. Admorauses it for nothing else. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell your information.
Who sees it
- The event organiser sees the name, email, phone number and tickets of the people who bought for their event. The organiser is responsible for how they use that guest list.
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) sends your ticket email.
- Our hosting and database providers store the information for us: Google Cloud, Neon and Vercel, using servers in the UK or Europe where we can.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for up to 24 months after the event, so we can deal with questions and refunds. After that we remove your name, email address and phone number and keep only the totals.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on Admora's pages. Stripe's payment page may set its own cookies to keep payments secure.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. You can ask the event organiser, or email us at dwitee.panda@gmail.com and we will deal with it or pass it to the organiser, and reply as soon as we can. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
